Public Planetarium Shows February 17 & 18, 2024
Coming to Arlington's David M. Brown Planetarium on February 17 & 18: Public events hosted by the Friends of Arlington's Planetarium!

The theme for the weekend is Earth: Our Active Planet.
Four different fulldome planetarium films will be shown - two different shows on February 17th and two different shows on February 18th.

There will also be a limited number of tickets available at the door beginning about 30 minutes before each program.

Saturday, February 17th
Both of these shows are recommended for general audiences. They are best suited for age 10+.
6:30pm “Dynamic Earth”
Duration: 24 minutes, followed by a planetarium sky talk.

8:00pm “Supervolcanoes”
Duration: 24 minutes, followed by a planetarium sky talk.

Sunday, February 18th
The Sunday shows are recommended for general audiences, especially age 7 and up.

1:30pm “Dinosaurs: A Story of Survival”
Duration: 28 minutes, followed by a planetarium sky talk.

3:00pm “Habitat Earth"
Duration: 25 minutes, followed by a planetarium sky talk.
