A Bicycle Ride Through the Solar System!

Join the Friends of Arlington’s David M. Brown Planetarium and BikeArlington on a bicycle ride through the solar system!

At 10AM on Saturday, July 16^th , come along on an easy, family friendly loop ride of 4.5 miles. Beginning outside the David M. Brown Planetarium, the ride will visit some astronomy themed sites in Arlington, and you can learn about the planets and the scale of the solar system along the way! At the end of the ride, weather permitting, riders will get a chance to safely view the sun and learn about sunspots.
