The theme for this month is Citizen Science, and the Friends are excited to have two amazing speakers to address this topic: Dr. Amy Kaminski (NASA) on Saturday, January 28 and Dr. Jessica Rosenberg (NSF and GMU) on Sunday, January 29. Additional events this weekend will include the Annual Meeting of the Friends, open to members only. This will take place on Friday evening, January 27th. Invitations will be sent directly to all current members. On Sunday, January 29th the popular children’s show, The Magic Tree House, will be the featured presentation.
