Human Space Exploration
April 15-17, 2016

David M. Brown, for whom the planetarium was named, was born on April 16th, 1956. This month, in honor of his
60th birthday, the Friends of the Planetarium are devoting their April weekend to NASA, space exploration and the
manned spaceflight program. In coordination with the USA Science and Engineering Festival, also being celebrated
this weekend, our Saturday programs are satellite events for the festival. We are very excited to have a special display
on loan to us from McKinley Elementary school dedicated to David Brown! Make sure to stop by our lobby and check
it out!
