The 2015 SMASH Contest is Now Open

The 2015 SMASH (Sports, Math, and Scientific Hypotheses) Contest is now open! All Arlington students from Kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to participate. The goal of this contest is to unite ART, SPORTS, and SCIENCE, by encouraging students to create pictures to illustrate any connection between the world of sports and the principles of math and science.

The SMASH contest is supported by the Arlington Community Foundation, Friends of Arlington’s David M. Brown Planetarium, ThinkFun, Arlington Lions, and the Better Sports Club of Arlington.
