Our Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014, from 10 am to 2 pm, at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association building, 4301 Wilson Blvd, Arlington. Free parking will be available in the garage under the building.

We'll begin with registration and coffee. The meeting will be called to order at 10:15 with the election of new board members. Members will be eligible to vote for new board members and all other issues presented at the meeting.

Other business will include a review of the past year's events, the 2013 financial report, discussion of the goals of the Friends for 2014, and adoption of the annual budget.

Following the business meeting, a light lunch will be served. (Donations for lunch will be gratefully accepted.) During lunch, there will be a drawing for door prizes. The meeting is for members only. If you wish to become a member, please see the membership information.

The annual meeting will end by 12:30pm. This will be immediately followed by a short meeting of the Board of Directors.
