Guest Speaker: Dr. Valerie Neal

April 16, 2016, 7:45 p.m.

Please join us in welcoming Valerie Neal, curator of the David M Brown collection at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. She will talk about the science of Brown’s shuttle mission, the International Space Station, and her recent stint of underwater astronaut training.

Her presentation will start immediately following the showing of the Astronaut Diaries. The ticket booth and facility will be opening at 7:30pm; however, the prior show will be letting out then and the lecture will begin after attendees for Dr. Neal’s talk have had an opportunity to enter the dome.

For more information, see Human Space Exploration

Doors open: 7:15 p.m. Show begins: 7:45 p.m.

Our capacity is 58 seats. We set aside 20 seats to accommodate those who arrive without a reservation, so if the show is sold out you can still try to attend by arriving close to 7:15 p.m. However, although we will do whatever we can to seat all comers, there is no guarantee of admission without a reservation.
