Weekend Programs:
- Fridays – 7:30-8:30 pm
- Saturdays – 7:30-8:30 pm
- Sundays – 1:30-4:00 pm
For these regularly scheduled weekend shows, simply come to the Planetarium 15-20 minutes before the start of the show. Seating is first come, first served, and no advance reservations are necessary. Sky theater has a 60 seat capacity. Once full capacity is reached, the doors will be closed.
First Mondays, 7:30–9:00pm
“The Stars Tonight” – Interactive talk about the night sky over the month ahead. Telescopic observation outside after show, weather permitting.

Special Weekend Events

the Friends of Arlington’s Planetarium
The Friends of the Planetarium will be organizing and hosting public programs for one weekend each month during the 2012-2013 school year. We've chosen themes for each month, and all the activities or presentations for a given weekend will be related in some way to the chosen theme. Please visit our home page for advance reservations through Eventbrite.com. Ticketing will begin a week or two prior to the dates shown below.

DIRECTIONS
The David M Brown Planetarium is located at 1426 N. Quincy St., Arlington, VA 22207, between N. 14th and N. 15th Streets, next to the Arlington Education Center and the Washington-Lee High School Aquatic Center. Parking is available in lots adjacent to the building, along N. Quincy Street, and in the I-66/Washington-Lee High School parking structure, with access from N. 15th and from N. Stafford Streets.
The Planetarium is equidistant to the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro stations - each is about a 12 minute walk (0.6 mile).
